I am a practicing dentist, wife of an amazing man, and mother of three beautiful humans. I am a recovering perfectionist, who knows how easy it is to get in our own way. I have found through years of doing it the hard way, there is a better path. By getting back into your own body, trusting yourself, and changing your approach to this life on planet Earth, you can change your world. I have dedicated years to self exploration and improvement. I love to talk about all the BS, the emotions, and the self sabotage. I am a certified yoga instructor and a peace seeking missile, while also wrangling my kids, managing a dental practice, and making darn sure that I am taking care of myself.
